What counts as an event?
An event is any tracked interaction: a pageview, custom event, e-commerce transaction, social interaction, or exception. Each interaction counts as 1 event toward your monthly limit. Bot traffic is automatically filtered and does not count.
How long is my data kept?
Base data retention is 14 months for Starter, 26 months for Growth, and 38 months for Pro and Business. Enterprise plans include unlimited retention. Events past the applicable retention period may be removed when safety checks permit. You can request export of available analytics data through supported features while the account and data remain accessible, subject to plan restrictions and the 100,000-row cap on raw JSON export.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are effective immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What happens when I exceed my limit?
On all plans, we have soft limits. Your data continues to be tracked without interruption, and overage charges apply at the rates listed above: $6.00 (Starter), $4.00 (Growth), $3.00 (Pro), and $2.50 (Business) per 100K additional events.

Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available for all tiers and includes 2 months free (pay for 10 months, get 12). Contact support if you need to pay via invoice (available for Enterprise plans).
